Short version: be cool, the rewards are a gift we can adjust, and orders are paid at pickup.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. We can suspend accounts that abuse the rewards program or the site.
Order requests
Orders placed through the site are requests. You pay at pickup (register or Clover). Prices shown are in US dollars and can change; the price at the register is the price. If we can't make something, we'll tell you when you arrive.
Pour Pass rewards
- Points and stamps are awarded when staff mark your order paid or when your purchase is confirmed through Clover — not when the request is placed.
- Current rules: 10 points per dollar; every 9 pours earns a free 16 oz juice or smoothie; points can be redeemed for the rewards listed in the app.
- The monthly spin is one per account per calendar month. Prizes carry a code and an expiration date shown in the app; show the code at the counter to redeem.
- Rewards, points and prizes have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- We can change or end the program, and correct points awarded in error, at any time. We'll give notice in the app for changes that affect what you've already earned.
Events & the space
Event details and RSVPs are informational; space bookings are confirmed only by us in writing (email or text).
Allergens
We flag common allergens on every drink, but everything is made in one kitchen with shared equipment. If you have a serious allergy, tell us before you order.
Use of the site
Don't scrape, attack, or interfere with the site or other people's accounts. Menu photos, artwork and the Pour Decisions name and logo are ours — ask before reusing them.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under New York consumer law.
