Who we are

What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash — we can't read it), and optionally your phone number and birthday (month and day).
- Rewards activity: order requests you place through the site, purchases staff mark as paid, Pour Pass stamps, points, prizes and monthly spins.
- Preferences: whether you opted in to emails about new drinks, deals and Pour Pass perks, and any event RSVPs.
- Basic usage data: which screens are viewed and how often, so we can improve the site. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- Run your account and the Pour Pass rewards program.
- Prepare order requests and let staff match them to a paid purchase at the register.
- Send you emails about drops, deals and events — only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe option, and you can switch marketing off in your account at any time.
- Keep the site working and improve it.
Payments
Payments are taken at the register or through our Clover point-of-sale system. We never see or store your full card number on this site.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site — hosting and data storage (Netlify), payments (Clover), and email delivery — and only as needed to operate. We'll disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies & storage
The site stores a sign-in token, your cart and your display preferences in your browser so you stay signed in and your cart survives a refresh. Signing out clears them.
Your choices
- Update your name, phone, birthday and marketing preference under You in the app.
- Change your password under You → Change password. Forgot it? Ask at the counter — staff can issue a temporary one.
- Delete your account and data: ask at the counter or email pourdecisionsalb@gmail.com. We'll remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.
Kids
The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, note it in the app.
